Civica oversees a variety of social media platforms to inform, engage, and support our customers, communities, and partners regarding our mission.
By interacting with our social media channels, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines, which complement the Terms and Conditions of the platform owner or other legal notices published by Civica, and help maintain a safe and respectful environment.
Civica Social Media Community Guidelines
We ask that all community members interact respectfully with one another. We welcome your comments and feedback, as long as they are expressed respectfully, are not inappropriate, abusive, or harassing, and do not promote third-party products, services, or sites.
This is not the appropriate space for sharing feedback on our products or soliciting business. For those topics, please use the Contact section on our corporate website.
As a company operating in a regulated industry, there are certain subjects we cannot discuss, and some conversations may need to be redirected or limited. For example, please refrain from posting (and we may not be allowed to respond to):
- Unverified claims or discussions of off-label or unapproved uses of our products
- Third-party intellectual property, such as copyrighted materials or trademarks, without proper consent
- Plagiarized content or performance materials
- Personal information of individuals (e.g., names, contact info, etc.) without consent
- Medical advice or usage instructions for our products
- Defamatory, misleading, or false information
- Offensive, obscene, or inappropriate content, including content that promotes illegal activities or violates the social media platform’s rules
Civica does not create, control, represent, or endorse comments from the public on our channels; those comments do not necessarily reflect our views and are the responsibility of the individuals posting them. We cannot verify the accuracy of every comment from other users. Any content posted by anyone other than Civica is the responsibility of that submitter and not Civica.
If your post includes a possible side effect or adverse reaction to a Civica production, we may contact you for further information. Please report any adverse or unexpected effects from any of our products, or any product quality complaints, by calling 1-833-224-2004. You can report an adverse event related to a Civica Product by calling 1-800-FDA-1088 or by visiting fda.gov/medwatch.
We may remove comments or content that don’t align with these guidelines, create a disruptive atmosphere, or that we deem inappropriate. We may also block or ban users who violate these guidelines.
